Hi! I'm CJ...and welcome.
I am a small business owner and work out of my home in Evansville, Indiana. I have been a jewelry designer for a little over four years now and I absolutely love it!
My jewelry, which I make available in a wide variety of designs, colors, and lengths, is not only handcrafted and affordable, it is unique as well.
What sets my jewelry apart and makes my pieces unique is the materials that I use in making them...a blend of 'old' and new. I re-design "old" costume jewelry--necklaces, bracelets, earrings, pendants, whatever is useable, I will utilize to create a new design that is both fresh and, truly, a 'one of a kind' piece.
My love for 'old' things and the value I feel they can still have in our lives and in the world today greatly influences the designs I create. I have found that the different textures I use (wood, stone, crystals, etc.) when combined with a combination of colors, can make for an extraordinary piece of jewelry.

MORE ABOUT HOW MY JEWELRY IS MADE...
I use a good, flexible 7-strand, nylon coated stainless steel beading wire in all my items, with the exception of earrings and purse jewelry. The diameter of the wire will vary depending on the piece, but will always be either .012", .015", or .018", which allows for the most flexibility and strength.
This same type of wire is used in either a Gold or a Bronze color when needed for the particular design I'm working on.
The jewelry I make includes a variety of spacers, beads, or chain that will be either gold, silver, copper or bronze plated and all my jewelry is completed using silver, gold, bronze or copper plated clasps or toggles, split rings, and wire guardians.
This also applies to my earring components---earwires and headpins used are silver, gold, bronze or copper plated.
This information is provided for those who have an 'allergy' to certain types of metal.
I do have 'nickel free' earwires and will be happy to change these out for anyone who would like me to do so when making an earring purchase. Please contact me about it (see 'contact' info).
